Criteria of healthy foods, only exercise is not enough to shape your body to your dreamed ideal form, i think atleast we should know how to choose the best foods to be eaten. here some criteria to choose healthy foods:

First of a healthy diet is to eat a variety of foods. This is important because different foods provide different nutrients contribute.

Second a healthy diet can be gain from: fruits, vegetables, grains, and nuts, foods high in complex carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, low in fat, and free of cholesterol, should be the most calories you consume. The rest should come from low-fat dairy products, meat and poultry, and fish.

Third healthy diet, you should also try to maintain a balance between calorie input and calorie output, it can be done by not eating  foods more than the body  needs.  if you still insist to keep your usual apetite you will get a lot of carbohydrates will be stored in the body fat.

 Aplying those criteria does not mean that you have to hold not to eat your favorite foods. As long as your diet is balanced and rich in nutrients and fiber are sufficient, there is nothing wrong with eating fast food menu occasionally. get healthy foods recipes collection here
